After 20 years of memory-making, this beloved Bethany Beach home was ready for a cosmetic refresh. Designed as a gathering place for an ever-growing family, the goal was simple: brighten, lighten, and breathe new life into a well-loved vacation retreat — without losing its relaxed coastal charm.
We updated the color story throughout, layering in fresh, coastal hues that feel perfectly at home by the water. Lighting was thoughtfully reimagined to strike that just-right balance of elegant yet casual — elevated enough to feel special, relaxed enough for sandy feet and late-night card games. New furnishings, including eye-catching coffee tables, added personality and polish, while existing upholstery was revived with colorful, updated, beach-friendly fabrics built to withstand this hardworking home.
Each bedroom received its own cheerful refresh with distinctive bedding from Serena & Lily, Eastern Accents, and Pine Cone Hill — crisp, bright, and irresistibly inviting.
The result is a home that feels lighter, happier, and ready for the next 20 years of sun-soaked gatherings. Beautiful, durable, and effortlessly “beachy” — exactly what a beach house should be.
