Design & Furnishing in Lutherville
We had the pleasure of working with this delightfully relaxed couple who just so happen to have some pretty impressive family history. (Her ancestor signed the Declaration of Independence and corresponded with George Washington himself - so cool!) They requested a light and bright update to their traditional-style home, and we got to work.
First, we brightened their living room with a fresh coat of paint and added a beautiful, Caspian hand-knotted rug to ground the space. To increase seating and improve flow and functionality, we mixed existing furnishings with modern pieces while keeping the vibe balanced, authentic, and cohesive. To infuse personality, we commissioned local artwork and displayed treasured family heirlooms, photos, and collectibles throughout.
Now, this lively couple is ready to entertain guests in their newly updated and beautifully furnished living space. Cheers!
