Our clients purchased this property in the historic district of Little Italy in Baltimore with one primary goal: to prevent it from being turned into another condo complex. As former neighbors of the original owners, they wanted to honor their friends by keeping many of the original design fixtures and features - including a photo of the cute couple in the foyer.
However, this 9,000-square-foot space required extensive work to earn the "luxury" appellation. To do so, we fully furnished and reconfigured each room.
