From a tiny rancher to a stunning Craftsman home, this project was a labor of love. We collaborated with the architect to redesign the exterior and interior layout, and the result is truly custom.
The flagstone walkway and back patio blend seamlessly, creating an inviting outdoor space that beckons our clients to spend time outside. In addition, the custom-designed stone fireplace adds a touch of warmth and comfort to the outdoor area. Inside, the design is just as impressive.
The indoor portion of the dual fireplace was sourced from a Philadelphia antique store. We scoured through hundreds of mantels to find this 1850s, hand-carved gem. In collaboration with one of our expert carpenters, we resized and reworked the piece to fit effortlessly into the space.
To elevate the aesthetic even further, we paired the stunning mantel with a gold Calcutta marble surround, a fresh coat of paint, and a matching stone hearth that complements the outdoor fireplace. Finally, we sourced an original and vibrant "Ardissone" painting to complete the room. This focal point is truly the "wow factor" of the home!
