Absolutely. Not only do we have our own extensive network of trade partners, but we are happy to work with yours, if you have already assembled your team. We often serve as our clients' liaison, communicating with the general contractor during your project to answer questions and ensure the design is going according to plan.
As far as decorating and furnishing goes, we will manage the procurement of your items - including ordering, tracking, receiving, inspecting for quality, storing, and installing them. We may also bring in other trades, like window treatment fabricators, painters, carpenters, wallpaper installers, and more, depending what your home needs. Long story short, we've got you covered!
Nope! We know that our clients are busy - working, parenting, or living a life of leisure - and we pride ourselves on not cutting into your personal life. Although we do request that you be involved in preliminary discussions about your goals for your home, once we've gotten to know each other, we'll take the lead!
The length of a design or decorating project - with or without renovation - depends on its scope. Things like moving walls, plumbing, lead times, contractor availability, etc. all play a role. That said, we have been doing this for many years; once we know the scope, we can generally predict how long your project will take. We will discuss timing during our initial talks and throughout each step of the process for full clarity.
Like project timelines, the investment varies widely based on the type of work, materials, and specialists your project needs. Again, this is something we will absolutely discuss together - and not just once, but several times throughout your project as we continue to refine the specific line items and keep your project in-budget.
Yes - and you will want to! We have an extensive network of suppliers that give us access to quality, customization, and style that you won't find in retail. Since creating unique spaces is what clients come to us for, they LOVE that we are able to present them with one-of-a-kind pieces they can trust to last! Our vendors also give us access to customer service that is bar none.
However, that doesn't mean that all of your furnishings need to be new. Many of our clients have beautiful heirlooms that we can help them refurnish or restore to fit in beautifully with their newly designed space. If this is something you're interested in, please let us know early so we can account for it in the design plan.
